Mountain View Central Seventh-day Adventist Church has been blessed by the partnership with STAND4. The wonderful ministry that STAND4 provides has helped our church reach and meet many needs in our community here in Mountain View and in the surrounding cities. This partnership has been a catalyst of volunteering service for our local congregation and other local institutions. Twice a month we distribute up to 400 boxes of food in our church parking lot that is prepared and delivered by the amazing group of volunteers that happily serve each time. We are looking forward to keep partnering with STAND4 in the many projects ahead.

At Arm, we are committed to bringing about positive change in our local community while promoting employee engagement. Over the past year, Arm volunteers joined STAND4 to sort, pack and distribute groceries to families in East Palo Alto and her surrounding communities. Breaking the cycle of poverty, achieving good health and making communities more inclusive, all begin with a bold stand against food insecurity. STAND4 has been an invaluable community partner in helping us achieve annual goals for community outreach as well as our employee engagement. After each volunteer event, participants all agree upon the positive impact of their volunteer efforts and the impact Arm is making in the community in partnership with STAND4. This helps to build a sense of pride for Arm in our volunteers and a true sense accomplishment for themselves! As a Principal Engineer and Arm’s leader for community outreach in Silicon Valley, I am grateful for our partnership with STAND4 in pursuing a common goal and will continue to support STAND4’s commitment to fighting food insecurity in our local community .

Quest for Excellence

Quest 4 Excellence provides innovative project-based learning courses focused on space, ocean, and robotics to inspire students around the world to pursue careers in STEM. Our outreach specifically focuses on underserved and underrepresented community where inspiring education has made significant different in engagement and learning. Our partnership with STAND4 provides us with an excellent opportunity to offer an innovative program that supports student learning with food and resource security and health care.

Life and Health

Life and Health Clinic provides full-service dentistry, vision care, and medical care. Dental care includes services such as cleanings, fillings, and extractions. Vision care includes eye exams, free glasses (including bifocals), and eye health exams. Medical care generally includes preventative medicine, mental health screenings, and lifestyle medicine counseling. Our Partnership with STAND4 and its partners allows us to collaborate to offer extensive services that will provide improved health, food, resource security and STEM education program for families in underserved communities.

River of Life Foundation

River of Life has been partners with STAND4, And its predecessor, Fight The Hate Ministry, since the beginning of shelter in place. Our partnership has allowed us to address food security on a macro level. Thousands of families receive food every week. STAND4’s participation in Operation Care program has allowed us to expand our impact into areas beyond our reach. We are grateful for the work STAND4 is doing in our communities. We are planning for a long and impactful partnership.

Feed My Lambs Ministry

Feed My Lambs Ministry has been active for over 15 years. Providing food and resources to the unsheltered community in San Jose and Santa Clara County. We partnership with a number of organizations organizations to achieve objective. We have been working Stand4, and its predecessor Fight the Hate Ministry for six years. The food and resources provided by Stand4, allows us to provide essential groceries items to 300 to 500 unsheltered people each weekend and to prepare 500-600 hot meals during the weekdays. We are so grateful for partnership with STAND4. It has helped us expand our impact to provide food for up to 3000 meals per month.

Give Back Together

The Give Back Together, or GBT Club, is a philanthropic club founded in 2021 by current 8th graders Emmy Su, Anoushka Dugar and Lydia Kim. Together, we work to promote giving back to the community, and reaching out to those in need through group based volunteering. At STAND4 food distribution, we volunteers and help to prepare boxes and resources. Through our partnership with STAND4, we have learnt a sense of leadership and responsibility. We thoroughly enjoy the work and feel a sense of fulfillment knowing we make a difference in the lives of others. Together, GBT is very passionate, and thrilled to partner with STAND4 to work towards solving food insecurity in our community. As a team we hope to inspire others to find inner joy in serving.
